FOR YOUR INFORMATION 10.25% sales tax is added to all rooms unless otherwise stated Additional adults $10 per day/No more than 5 persons per room, including children. Cots are $10 per day, limit one per room A deposit is required as confirmation. We do not overbook, therefore to protect your reservation we require a 1 to 3 night deposit, which is applied to your last nights stay. In the event of cancellations we require 14 days for standard units and 6 weeks for cottages, kitchenettes and specialty rooms, longer for holidays and special events. We charge a 10% handling fee on all cancellations, regardless. We offer no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. Cancellations may be longer for holidays and special events. *No reservation held longer than 7 days w/out a deposit Deposits paid through credit cards are automatically processed at time of reservation. Due to a limited number of rooms available cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Due to our constantly changing availability reservations are only accepted by telephone.
