The Weber Family, owners and operators for 42 years, want you to feel at home at the Wildwood on the Lake from arrival to departure.  Our lobby offers coffee, muffins and pastries from 8am until 11am. Our indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna are open daily from 10am until 9pm. An ice machine is located in the basement of the lakeside building, along with communal coin operated washer and dryer. During the winter months a wax room is available for avid skiers and riders to work on their equipment. Free WIFI access is available in all common areas and most rooms dependent on your equipment (soon to be available in all rooms in early 2013).



Our indoor heated pool is at approximately 80 degrees. It was formerly a summer season outdoor heated pool. Open 365 days a year, 10am - 9pm, don't forget your swim gear!

The sauna located in the pool area, steps away from the hot tub.
Seating outside the lobby is a great spot to plan your summer day.

And then there were 4! Kayaks were added to the fleet of boats in 2010 and a new one added for summer 2013. Bring your own and explore the shoreline of prestine Lake Placid.
All our rooms are equipped with a microwave, refridgerator and coffeemaker.
It doesn't get any more convenient than this....Rite Aid just across the street! You can't see it from the lake.
Free Wireless Internet is available in all common areas and most rooms. In mid-2013 we hope to have WIFI available throughout property.
All rooms have internal corridors with common areas close by.
The outdoor pool, with plenty of seating, is a great place to watch the kids!
There's enough sand for everyone! Want to create a masterpeice or build a quick castle for a little person to jump on, you'll all feel like kids here!
Early summer season or in the fall, the lakefed pool doubles up as a muscle relaxant after a run, bike or hike.
The coin operated washer and dryer is conveniently located on property.
Plenty of ice for everyone to cool that cooler.
The wax room and ski storage. A very social scene pre/post race, perfect spot for ski teams.
